We had the priviledge of living in Ketchikan for 3 years, and it is a really
beautiful place -- I highly recommend that everyone experience it for
themselves at one point or another. There is so much Alaska Native
heritage, and natural beauty to be found there. I think that the
best way to experience Ketchikan and ALL of southeastern Alaska is via
the Alaska Marine Highway. This allows you the freedom of planning
your own trip, instead of in a travel group. Follow the links below
